About the Project
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices partnered with us to create a regional content series that sells more than listings. We produced community tour videos across the tristate area that spotlight the places people actually live their lives, the coffee shops, parks, main streets, local rituals, and everyday moments that make a neighborhood feel like home.
In parallel, we created office profile films that introduce the teams behind each location. These pieces highlight the agents, the culture, and the values of the office itself, giving viewers a clearer sense of who they would be working with and what kind of experience they can expect. Together, the series builds trust through specificity, pairing "place" with "people" in a format designed for targeted local marketing.
Why This Exists
Real estate marketing often treats homes like products and neighborhoods like backdrops. But for buyers, the real decision is usually bigger than square footage. It's about identity, commute, community, and belonging. This campaign exists to shift the focus from "a house" to "a life," using short films to make each area feel tangible and to help viewers picture themselves there.
The office profiles serve the same purpose on the human side. In a relationship-driven industry, trust is the differentiator. These films elevate Berkshire Hathaway beyond inventory by showing the people, expertise, and culture that clients are actually buying into when they choose an agent. The result is a scalable content system that can be tailored by location while keeping a consistent brand tone across the entire region.
