    About the Project

    For Power HRG, we created a hybrid brand film series that merges documentary interviews with cinematic, scripted storytelling. Each piece is built around a simple motif: the front door. We begin with an approach, we hear a voice before we see a face, and then the knock becomes a moment of trust.

    The campaign intercuts real customer stories with the people behind the work, showing Power from both sides of the experience. Homeowners speak to what changed in their homes and in their lives, while team members reveal the culture that makes those outcomes possible. Shot across multiple states and anchored in real relationships, the series is designed to feel warm, grounded, and human, with elevated visuals that make everyday moments feel meaningful.

    Why This Exists

    Home improvement is a category filled with skepticism, especially when it starts with someone at your door. This campaign exists to flip that instinct. Instead of treating the knock as an interruption, we framed it as a welcome arrival, the beginning of a relationship built on transparency, care, proof, and real connection.

    At the same time, the work was designed to do more than win customers. It also highlights the internal story of Power HRG as a place of opportunity and growth, showing how the same values that earn trust with homeowners also create pathways for the people doing the work. The result is a brand story that feels earned, not claimed, and a company culture you can feel before the door even opens.
