    About the Project

Verify is an AI-driven technology built to uncover the truth of who you're really dealing with online. The challenge was twofold: introduce a new product category to everyday internet users and normalize the idea of verifying identity in a world full of catfishing, scams, and too-good-to-be-true offers.

We developed a social-first campaign made up of nine short films, each built around a different common scenario where people get deceived online. From marketplace scams to romance bait to sketchy investment opportunities, every spot follows the same core structure: start with a familiar setup, build to an uneasy reveal, then flip the moment with a sharp comedic rug-pull that makes the audience laugh and instantly understand the problem.

Visually, the campaign was designed for clarity and consistency. We leaned into clean studio sets, simple production design, controlled camera movement, and performance-driven comedy, using high-tech light tubes and a minimal "digital" environment as an accent. The result is a cohesive series that feels modern and elevated, but never complicated.

    Why This Exists

AI products come with baggage. For most consumers, "AI that unmasks identity" can trigger skepticism, privacy concerns, or fear before they even understand what the tool does. This campaign exists to disarm that reaction. Instead of leading with technology, we lead with something universal: humor, recognition, and the feeling of being played online.

The creative strategy was a Trojan horse. By making viewers laugh at the absurdity of the internet's most common scams and deceptions, we open the door for them to accept Verify as a friendly, helpful ally rather than a surveillance device. The comedy creates permission, and once that permission is earned, the product logic lands cleanly.

Ultimately, the campaign is about trust. It reframes Verify as a simple step in modern life, like locking your door or checking a review. Not paranoia, just clarity. When the internet hides the truth, Verify helps you see it.
