    About the Project

SendSmiles wanted a hero spot that captured the emotional moment their product is built around: the instant someone opens the door and their day changes. We developed a first person POV concept from the perspective of the delivery, keeping the viewer inside the experience from the walk to the doorstep through the reveal of the bouquet.

The hero film cuts between multiple real life scenarios to show the range of occasions SendSmiles can serve, including birthdays, graduation, and flowers just because. Each scene was also designed to break cleanly into its own short social cut, making the campaign both a single cohesive story and a modular library of targeted assets.

    Why This Exists

Flower delivery is not just a product, it is a feeling. This concept exists to sell that feeling in the most direct way possible by placing the viewer in the exact point of impact. The POV approach makes the experience immediate, personal, and memorable, and it emphasizes what SendSmiles actually delivers: a moment of surprise, warmth, and connection.

It also solves a practical distribution need. Instead of building separate shoots for each occasion, we created one production that can scale into multiple versions, letting SendSmiles match the right story to the right audience with short, hyper-targeted edits while still maintaining a consistent brand tone.
