About the Project
Brookmere Hotel was preparing to enter the Saratoga Springs hospitality scene, and we built a launch campaign designed to introduce the brand through a cultural moment already pulsing with energy: Belmont Stakes weekend. The creative concept framed the race as the starting line for the hotel's own arrival, pairing the spectacle of the event with quieter glimpses of Saratoga and the hotel taking shape.
The campaign was anchored by a cinematic hero video and a social-first rollout built to sustain momentum before, during, and after race weekend. The content strategy expanded beyond a single spot into a consistent drumbeat of social stories, including construction progress, seasonal atmosphere, location driven vignettes around Saratoga, and short series formats that could scale as the hotel moved closer to opening.
Why This Exists
Hotels are sold on anticipation. Before a guest ever arrives, the brand has to become a feeling. This campaign was built to create that feeling early by tying Brookmere to a moment when Saratoga is already in motion, then using a steady cadence of social content to keep the audience engaged as the property comes to life.
By treating the launch like a yearlong build rather than a single announcement, the work turns progress into story. Each piece acts as a reminder that something is coming, and gives viewers a reason to follow along, share, and picture themselves there before the doors officially open.
