    About the Project

    Moravian College's Graduate and Adult Programs needed a campaign that spoke to a different kind of student, people balancing work, family, and ambition, who don't have the luxury of "traditional" school. We created a suite of films designed to feel aspirational, cinematic, and modern, positioning Moravian as a place for risk-takers and game-changers who are ready to level up without putting their life on pause.

    The campaign included a flagship overview film that set the tone for the entire program: flexible by design, customized to the student, and anchored in real-world outcomes. From there, we produced a set of program vignettes that spotlighted key pathways like Business, Nursing, Rehabilitation Science, and Education, each framed with the same energetic, forward-facing voice while staying specific to what makes the program distinct.

    To support the full student journey, we also developed an orientation-style piece built around clear guidance and screen flow, plus a narrative-driven Degree Completion video that made the emotional stakes of "going back" feel human and achievable. And to highlight Moravian's signature differentiator, we created a fully 2D animated explainer introducing Student Experience Mentors, or SEMs, personal guides who support students "from app to cap."

    Why This Exists

    Adult learners often want change, but they're doing constant math in their head: time, money, energy, risk. This campaign exists to shift that internal conversation from "Can I afford to do this?" to "I can do this, and I won't do it alone." Moravian's promise is support plus flexibility, and the films were built to make that promise feel tangible, not abstract.

    Creatively, the strategy was to treat graduate education like a momentum story, not a brochure. The visuals carry movement and confidence, the writing focuses on identity and transformation, and the messaging emphasizes that the most valuable lessons aren't always in the classroom. They're out there, in the world you're already living in, and Moravian is designed to meet you where you are.

    The SEM animation plays a crucial role in that. New educational models can feel confusing, especially online, and SEMs could easily be explained in corporate language. Instead, the animated piece makes the support system feel simple and reassuring: one consistent guide, matched to your program, with you every step of the way. The result is a campaign that doesn't just advertise programs. It reframes what it means to return to school and makes the decision feel possible.
